Liquid Ice FAQ's

To help you find the information you need faster, we've organized our FAQ's into the following sections:

General Information

Q: What is the difference between the Taylor machine and the Bunn machine?
A: The Taylor machine produces a frozen CARBONATED treat. The treat is prepared in an AUTOMATIC dispenser that requires no mixing, measuring or cleaning. There is no waste due to cleaning. The product is much thicker than slush, and so can be eaten with a spoon or a straw. The Bunn machine produces a wetter product.
Q: Can you deliver product outside the Northeast U.S.?
A: Yes. Visit our online store to order supplies.
Q: Where can I buy a Liquid Ice?
A: We have nearly 300 customer locations throughout the Northeast U.S. Contact us us to find a location near you.
Q: What are the nutrition facts for your products?
A: The nutrition facts for our products can be found here.
Q: Do you have a sugar free slush product?
A: No. Sugar is necessary as an "antifreeze" to keep our products smooth and flowing. There is a chemical antifreeze that is used exclusively by 7-Eleven to make sugar free slurpees, but Liquid Ice does not offer such a product.
Q: Could I get a job working for Liquid Ice?
A: Please see our employment opportunities page for to view currently open positions and for information on how to apply.

Information for Vendors

Q: How do I sell my product or service to Liquid Ice, Inc.?
A: Send a brief solicitation to info@liquidiceusa.com. Our purchasing person will contact you via email.

Information for Business Customers

Q: What's the minimum supplies purchase?
A: In order to provide free equipment and service we look for customers to purchase a minimum of 6,000 servings per year. This works out to about 16 servings per day. If you sell fewer servings, you may rent equipment for a monthly fee.
Q: Could I become a Liquid Ice distributor?
A: We offer quantity discounts and advice on distributing Liquid Ice. Contact us for pallet pricing or bulk equipment orders. Also see our online store and visit our distributor page.

Information for Residential Customers

Q: May I get a machine for my home?
A:

If you want a frozen uncarbonated machine you can buy the Bunn Ultra 2 Gourmet Ice System for $1,795, plus $200 delivery charge. A full factory warranty is included in the price.

Frozen CARBONATED machines require commercial utilities that you don't have in your home, including electric, water, and CO2 gas connections. These machines are designed for high volume locations and require regular maintenance by a trained technician.
