Physical fitness is a must for all employees of Liquid Ice. Each employee needs to be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis, and up to 150 lbs. on an infrequent basis. Employees must work well with other team members, and be available to assist with projects that are inside or outside their regular area of responsibility.
